Australian terror

Australian authorities have five men in custody after breaking up a pending terror attack. Police say the five, all in their twenties, were planning to set off a series of bombs Christmas Eve in the heart of Melbourne, including at a train station and a cathedral.

The suspects are said to have been inspired by the Islamic State group.
