A well-known competitive cyclist is recovering in hospital after being hit while training in Sussex, according to the Telegraph-Journal.
28 year old Ellen Watters suffered fairly massive head trauma according to her brother and recovery will be swlow.
RCMP continue to investigate and there’s no word on charges.
It’s the same thing every holiday seasons….Canadian blood services needs donations…but this year it’s especially bad.
CBC reports storms before the holidays curtailed many blood donor clincs leaving the agency short.. Now it says it needs about 600 donations to get it through the rest of the holidays.
