A man has been given four months in prison for prowling and breach of probation. 43-year-old Remi Doucet got credit for time served after his arrest on the 13th, and pleaded guilty. Police were called about someone trying to open car doors in the Broadview Avenue area.

UNB bionics expert honoured
A bionics expert at UNB has been named the 2016 Young Health Researcher of the Year by the New Brunswick Health Research Foundation.
Dr. Jon Sensinger is the associate director of the university’s Institute of Biomedical Engineering. His research focuses on finding ways to develop thought-controlled bionic limbs to improve how artificial limbs work. Sensinger is developing technology that provides audio feedback with each joint movement, a new technology which recent studies suggest is improving performance.
