A man has admitted to using stolen credit cards and other charges. Michael Daniel Joseph Gallant was arrested on Halloween and will be sentenced January 20th, with the Crown recommending six months. Wallets had been stolen from vehicles on McLaughlin Drive and Joyce Avenue

Bail hearing for woman accused of assault, obstructing/resisting police
An Upper Rexton woman accused of multiple charges had a bail hearing yesterday. 19-year-old Zoey Brooks is charged for alleged incidents in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent and Richibucto, the former being assault; the latter being obstructing and resisting police, and carrying a concealed weapon. She also faces breaching court orders.
