The first degree murder trial of 24 year old William Sandeson gets underway today with jury selection. He’s charged in the death of fellow Dalhousie student Taylor Samson in August of 2015, according to the Metro.

Sandeson, originally from the Truro area, has been in custody since the charges were laid that August. Samson’s body has never been found. Police believe Samson, originally from Amherst, was killed at a residence on Henry Street in the south end where Sandeson lived.
