A man has been arrested for trespassing by night. Police responded to a dangerous driver in the north end around 11:30 last night. The vehicle was found on the Bedford Highway near Flamingo Drive, but the occupants fled on foot. One person was found, and will be charged.

Trudeau to appear at Halifax Pride parade
The prime minister will be in Saturday’s Pride parade. Halifax Pride tweeted that yesterday evening, with Justin Trudeau quoting it and responding with “See you there! #HFXPride”. This year’s festival marks 30 years of it.
