The Halifax Convention Centre will host next year’s 16th annual Canadian Brewing Awards and Conference. Nearly 500 reps will attend the May event, which is one of 74 national and international events the centre is set to host.

Pilot project to allow weekend cycling at Point Pleasant Park
The city is enacting the Weekend Bike Access Pilot Program at Point Pleasant Park. Cycling has only been allowed during the week, but now you can do so Saturdays and Sundays. The program starts this Saturday and runs until October 29th.
