A building in Cole Harbour was torched by someone early yesterday morning.
RCMP say arson was the cause of the blaze in the newly-constructed building at the sports field at Forest Hills Parkway and Auburn Drive.

Government buying P-3 schools
The McNeil Government plans to buy a dozen P-3 schools it has been leasing from Scotia Learning Centres.
The Education Department had been negotiating new leases but realized it was better to buy them for $86 million. The schools are mainly in the Halifax area and Enfield.
