The Securities Commission has issued a permanent cease trade order against West Nova Agro Commodities Ltd., based in Lawrencetown in the Valley.
The Commission says the community development corporation violated securities law by failing to file continuous disclosure documents. The provincial agency has also ordered all people and companies to permanently cease trading in securities of the company.
