Two Lorne men have admitted to their roles in a 2015 fight outside a Halloween dance. Jonah Furlotte and Riley Bernard were among four people initially charged with assaulting two men. They were given a year-long conditional discharge with probation. Charges against another man were dropped, and an arrest warrant has been issued for the fourth.

Campbellton Sobeys to sell wine by June
The Campbellton Sobeys will be selling wine in time for summer. That’s a directive from NB Liquor, who previously allowed wine to be sold at the Atholville Superstore. The store itself will determine when it’ll stock the wine, the Crown corporation just wants it to happen by June.
