Donald Arseneault is working on a water exporting project for Dalhousie. He’s the minister responsible for the Regional Development Corporation, which sells water to the town. The pipeline has a surplus, so Arseneault told the Tribune he’s talking with a Chinese investor about selling the extra water the town doesn’t use.

Campbellton project announced
Provincial and federal taxpayer’s will be covering the cost of wastewater infrastructure improvements in Campbellton.
René Arseneault, the MP for Madawaska-Restigouche; and Donald Arseneault, the MLA for Campbellton-Dalhousie; says that the feds are providing up to 50 per cent of the funding for this project, over 424 thousand; and the provincial government is providing 212 thousand.
Municipal taxpayer’s will provide the rest.
