The Restigouche River Watershed Management Council is holding a fundraiser April 22nd at the Quality Inn. Atlantic salmon is for dinner, but it’s from a Nova Scotia company that markets the fish as Sustainable Blue. It’s farmed in land-based facilities, not in sea cages as opposed by groups including the council. The night will also feature a silent and live auction, and a raffle. Campbellton firefighters Chase the Ace tonight
Another Campbellton firefighters Chase the Ace event is raising money for fire fighting equipment.
Draws will take place every Tuesday evening at the Memorial Civic Center.
Tickets will go on sale from 6 til 8:30 tonight, with the first draw at 9.
