Campbellton assessments

Campbellton mayor Stephanie Anglehart-Paulin has reviewed the tax bills for all city-owned properties.

She feels that some are either too high or classified incorrectly.

The city plans to challenge the property assessments on some city owned properties, to get them reclassified which could result in lower tax payments to the province.

In addition, Dalhousie is appealing the assessment of the Recreaplex; and the Restigouche Farmers Market.
