By the summertime, the Restigouche Regional Museum hopes to have space for artists in the old Restigouche county jail in Dalhousie.
Museum officials got a grant of 10 thousand dollars from the Sheila Hugh Mackay Foundation to turn the second storey room into a space for artists.
Jack Bujold of Campbellton is the new manager of the YMCA at the Regional Memorial Civic Centre.
The 42 year old has more than eight years experience in management, a background in physical education; and over 20 years of experience working with kids as a coach.
The YMCA has about six hundred users.
