Back on September 4th, a helicopter crash into the Restigouche River killed two men and injured another.

Roberto [Bob] Bissonnette, one of the owners of the Quebec Capitols baseball team, and pilot Frédérick Décoste died when the helicopter hit power lines at Flatlands.

Team president Michel Laplante was rescued from the river.

Now, he has invited local first responders to meet him this coming weekend in Quebec City to say thank you.

A bylaw change by Campbellton will allow patios for some businesses on city property under certain circumstances.
