The new nursing home in Dalhousie won’t likely open until the fall now. It was to open late last summer, then this spring, but president Alden Appleby told the Tribune construction is about 85% done and certain things still need to be ironed out.

Suspect in Eel River Bar robbery caught in Quebec
The armed-robbery suspect in Eel River Bar has been caught. A man went into the Osprey Truck Stop around 1:00 yesterday morning and demanded cash, but fled empty-handed. The Sûreté du Québec has taken him into custody.
