42 year old Jean-Yves Landry, who was charged with first-degree murder in the death of a Campbellton man over a year ago; has pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter.
Landry, of Adam Street in Campbellton; had previously pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in the death of Stephane Levesque.
He will be sentenced in September.
Landry’s son, 21 year old Yannik Landry will have his trial; regarding the same incident, in January.
