The judge will tell Tyler Noel this afternoon how much of his life sentence he will have to serve before he’s eligible for parole…anywhere from 10 to 25 years.
The sentencing hearing was held yesterday for Noel who pleaded guilty earlier to second degree murder in the death of Baylie Wylie. Wylie’s mother had to leave the courtroom in tears when the pathologist who did the autopsy testified about the more than 100 stab wounds the victim suffered.
The third person charged in the case, Marissa Shephard, isn’t due to go to trial until early next year.
