Work is moving along on repairs to the Glace Bay Miners Museum.
Crews have been putting a new roof on the place. Yesterday they were installing new windows.
The Museum has been sufferubng for years from the leaks which were threatening to bring down the ceilings. Then in Jasnuary the three levels of government announced a total of $1.5 million for renovations. They’ll also be working on doors, bruick walls, lighting and ventilation systems with the work hopefully all done by the end of June.
