A new report finds Canadians, especially 18 to 34 year olds, are spending more time online these days. Media Technology Monitor says those people spend an average of 34 hours per week online…almost 5 hours a day.
Psychologist David Mensink at Dalhousie says the more time spent online, the less time spent on cultivating real-life relationships with loved ones. He says they should cut fown on screen time and dedicate times for face-to-face interactions.
