Jeff Burns told the Times and Transcript his car was immobilized in a private parking lot across the street from the church on Botsford Street. His wife parked there because there were a lot of elderly mourners and he didn’t want them to have to walk far…didn’t notice the no parking signs. His car was clearly marked with signs that it was part of the funeral procession,
