Talks are off again between the Chronicle Herald and Halifax Typographical Union. Seniority, jurisdiction and other things are still unresolved, with an HTU release saying the company said it won’t keep bargaining on individual issues. Union president Ingrid Bulmer says they’ve only met face to face for about eight days since the strike began over a year ago, with six in the last two weeks. 55 newsroom employees are still on the picket line.
