The teachers union and the Nova Scotia government went back to bargaining with the help of a conciliator yesterday.
Both sides have agreed to a broadcast blackout on the talks.
Meanwhile, parents are getting increasingly frustrated.
Father Robert Patenaude is considering suing if his daughter’s school trip to Europe is cancelled because of the work to rule.

He’s talking to other parents to see if they would consider suing, but he doesn’t know who; the school, the government; or the union.
