A judge has decided there is enough evidence to send a Halifax man to trial for second degree murder.
25 year old Benjamin Gillis was arrested last March in the stabbing death of Blaine Clothier at an apartment on Autumn Drive in Spryfield.
A preliminary hearing wrapped up this week. Gillis, who has been in custody since the day of the killing, will be back in court next month when dates will be set for the trial.
