The Teachers union and the government went back to bargain with the help of a concilliator yesterday. Both sides agreed to a media blackout on the talks.
Meanwhile, parents are getting increasingly frustrated. One father, Robert Patenaude, told CBC he’s considering suing if his daughter’s school trip to Europe is cancelled because of the work to rule. He says Jessica has been saving for a year to pay the $3,500 for the trip. He’s talking to other parents to see if they would consider suing…but he doesn’t know who… the school, the government or the union.
