Election and plea adjourned in Marissa Shephard’s jail assault case

Marissa Shephard will now elect and plead to assaulting a correctional officer on December 19th.  She’s accused of doing so in July at the New Brunswick Women’s Correctional Centre in Miramichi.  She’s there awaiting a prelim for first-degree murder and arson charges in last December’s death of Baylee Wylie in Moncton.
