The flooding in Quebec has resulted in at least two deaths.
The body of a man was recovered from the water about 500 metres from where a car was swept into the surging Sainte-Anne River in the Gaspe. A 2 year old girl is still missing…and a search continues.
Hundreds of communities throughout Quebec and in eastern Ontario continue to struggle with the flood waters. 1,500 soldiers have been sent in by the federal government to help.
