Two men have been charged with arson after a vehicle fire. Police found it Thursday night in a parking lot near Ferry and Dolbin streets, and the suspects not far away. 32-year-old Kirk Bryden MacDonald was in court today, and 31-year-old Joseph Thomas Bale is due there in May.
